It might be a good idea to perform an update for the program's version and also, a fresh installation. Moreover, download and use ShellExView. This tool will stop all non-related Windows services. In order to upload your website to the Internet, you need to check chapter 23 of the user guide provided by Back To The Beach, the developer of the application.
